Direct support sessions are regular, specialist therapeutic sessions held either online, by phone or at one of our three bases – in Exeter, Torbay or Barnstaple. You can choose whether you’d like to meet your support worker in person, or conduct your sessions online or by phone.

We offer a specialist trauma treatment called Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Our service is available to any young person between the ages of 13-21 who has experienced sexual violence. This includes rape, historic abuse, sexual exploitation, on-line abuse, sexual assault and sexual harassment.

We support women of all ages and girls from the age of 13+, who have experienced sexual violence at any time in their life.
