Louise has previously worked for many years in varying roles for local government, including supporting legal services, finance & IT. Often these were challenging environments. She then went on to successfully start and run a business, until she took a career break to look after her daughter.
As life threw challenges her way, and during a period of reflection, she became acutely aware of the need to maintain and develop services that reflect the resilience and strength of women whose voices need to be heard.
