Fee Scott

Service Manager
I have worked at Devon Rape Crisis Service since it started, in July 2011 and it’s been a real opportunity to help build a new organisation, offering such a vital service.
My background is varied, including working with women, children and families, disabled people and the lesbian and gay community in both the voluntary sector and local authorities in Leicester and Devon.
I’ve been an advocate, a mentor, a trainer, and a manager but whatever role I’ve done, my passion is for people and for developing services that are meaningful and make a difference.
I expect all of the above to be part of my rich and rewarding job at Devon Rape Crisis
Anna

Volunteer Co-Ordinator
I am the Volunteer Co-ordinator for DRCS and have been with the organisation since September 2011.
I have previously worked in different roles based around social inclusion, empowerment and support, particularly with disabled people and victims of crime. In a lot of my roles, I have needed volunteers to be able to carry out the organisation’s service or objective. Having been both a volunteer and having managed volunteers, I feel that they bring something very special to an organisation and a community.
I am very honoured to be working with such a fantastic group of women here at DRCS who provide such an invaluable service.
Carly Macnamara

Administration and Finance Worker
My role within DRCS is the Administration and Finance Worker. I have worked in Finance and Administration for over 10 years now and joined DRCS back in October 2011.
I feel very honoured to be part of such a fantastic organisation who can offer so much, to so many women out there. We have a great team here, who provide an extraordinary service and I am very thankful to be a part of it.
Jane Hancock

Clinical Supervisor
My role within DRCS is to offer emotional and practical support to the volunteers who are on the line and offering face to face meetings.
As a qualified counsellor and supervisor it means I have an opportunity to work with people who are passionate about what they do, and help them offer the help and support needed by the women for whom this service is so vital.
