We are pleased to let you know that we have invited Christiane Sanderson (BSc MSc) back to Devon to present her latest training seminar ‘The Web of Shame in the Therapeutic Space’.

On Wednesday 4th September 2019 at Belmont Chapel, Western Way, Exeter EX1 2DB from 10am – 4.30pm.

This seminar will be relevant for all professionals working with shame and will provide an opportunity to develop and enhance existing skills by adding new therapeutic techniques and strategies.

Christiane will be exploring when healthy shame can become chronic, or toxic and its crippling effect on individuals, in particular those that carry the burden of intergenerational shame and are raised in shame prone families, or who have histories of abandonment, prolonged or systematic emotional, physical or sexual abuse, neglect or exposure to domestic violence.

The cost of the day, including all refreshments and a light lunch is £95 per person.

A concessionary rate of £80 per person is available for those from third & voluntary sector organisations.

To attend this training event, please contact the DRCSAS office on 01392 208 756 or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
