Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Services is recruiting for a Service Manager.

Full-time, permanent post based in central Exeter £28,115

We are a vibrant organisation delivering a range of services to women and young men who have experienced rape, childhood sexual abuse or sexual assault, at any time in their lives. We aim to support people to both cope with and recover from their experiences and our team are specialists in working with trauma.
The Service Manager will co-ordinate and manage our direct support services across Devon and Torbay, including the management and development of paid workers. Essential criteria for this post include, two years experience of managing a staff team, experience of service delivery, safeguarding and multi-agency work.

The post is restricted to female applicants under Schedule 9, part 1, Equalities Act 2010.
